Parking: As Good As It Gets Downtown
Downtown parking can be a hassle -- but not for you! You have two reserved spots and street parking is pretty decent, too.
Reserved Alley Parking
The parking spots are right behind the house! But you have to drive around the block to get there. (Thanks to one-way streets). It's four right turns.
Facing the House, Look to the Left
You are now looking towards Market Street, that's Frederick's main drag.
First Right Turn: Market Street
At the first light, turn right onto Market Street before you pass the turquoise and red building.
2nd Right Turn: 7th Street
At the next light turn right onto 7th Street just past the Cloudjammer Vapes store.
3nd Right Turn: Maxwell Alley
Maxwell Alley sneaks up on you. Look for the yellow and orange fire hydrant and turn right after that.
4th Right Turn: Unnamed Alley
Just past #617, take a sharp right between the house and the big stump.
Enjoy Your Private Parking
Park on the asphalt pad behind the picket fence. This space is reserved for you.
Please keep your vehicles on the asphalt and don't block the neighbors!
The keypad for the back door uses the same code as the front door.
Street Parking & Street Sweeping
Street parking is free and there are no permit stickers required. Yay!
But the city sweeps the streets twice a week so you can still get a ticket. The host will send reminders to move your cars, so don't worry about memorizing this.
Same Side of the Street: Wednesday Night/Thursday Morning
If you are parked on this side of the street early Thursday morning, you'll get a ticket. On Wednesday night, move your vehicle to the opposite side of the street.
If you are parked across the street early Monday morning, you'll get a ticket. On Sunday night, move your vehicle to the opposite side of the street.
Don't worry, the host will send you reminders about the street sweeping days.
